Backend APIs & data
Build REST and GraphQL APIs, event-driven services, and data workflows with Go, Python, PostgreSQL, and AWS. Connect products to the systems and data they depend on.

I build the systems behind software products: APIs, cloud infrastructure, delivery pipelines, and AI workflows. My work spans Go and Python backends, AWS and Terraform infrastructure, and TypeScript and React applications.
I’ve worked with teams in Australia, the Philippines, and the United States, from shipping backend services to improving production reliability and helping engineers make system design decisions.

Set up infrastructure with Terraform and Docker, automate CI/CD, and improve production observability. Make test environments independent so teams can run pipelines concurrently.
Integrate AI into working applications with human review, clear context, and repeatable processes. Build tools that help people collaborate with coding agents.

Selected to serve as technical lead for a revenue engineering team, coaching system design, pair programming, and delivery practices. Designed isolated Fly.io environments for concurrent Expo end-to-end test pipelines.
Co-designed and shipped an AI-assisted content and review workflow using Python, Google ADK, Gemini, and AWS Bedrock. Improved production reliability through Datadog observability, webhook replay tooling, and Aurora/PostgreSQL investigation.

Developed reusable Go tooling for event publishing and scheduling with AWS Lambda and EventBridge, plus AppSync GraphQL APIs. Implemented concurrent multipart S3 uploads, PostgreSQL schemas, and production data migrations.
Automated CloudFormation template generation with Python, containerized backend services with Docker, and built reusable React components.
December 2024–January 2025 · Texas, US
Built and deployed a Go REST API that transformed Solana blockchain transactions into structured application data, using Docker and DigitalOcean.
A local-first TypeScript and React workspace for persistent collaboration with coding agents. I integrated Codex and Hermes through ACP and a scoped MCP server, with native sessions, atomic local persistence, and a macOS service lifecycle.
